Making and modifying appointments

  • Appointments can be made at the front desk or by phone.
  • If you are unable to attend and do not give at least 2 working days (48 hours) notice of your appointment
    cancelled, we are obliged to charge for the time reserved for you, regardless of
    the reason for non-compliance.
  • Cancelling or changing appointments is only possible by phone.
  • In case of late arrival, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

First appointment/ intake

  • Bring a valid ID and if possible, a current
    medication history with you. It is important that you inform us fully and honestly about your
    medical condition and medication use.
  • If possible, have your previous dentist email your file to us before the appointment.
  • Without complete or accurate information, treatment may not be possible.
  • An intake with 2 control photos costs around 100 euros.

Payments

  • Not all dental treatments are reimbursed (in full) by the
    health insurer, you can check this yourself with the insurance company.
  • Costs not reimbursed are at the patient's own expense you will receive a
    invoice by e-mail.
  • Don't have dental insurance? If so, we ask you to pay the bill directly at the counter
    pay (cash or by pin)
  • In case of payment delays, further treatment may be postponed.

Respectful interaction

  • We treat everyone with respect and ask our patients to do the same.
  • Aggressive, intimidating, discriminatory or cross-border behaviour will not be
    accepted and may lead to termination of the treatment relationship.

Privacy

  • We handle your personal data carefully according to the AVG.
  • Your data will never be shared without consent, unless required by law.
  • Making photo, video or sound recordings in the practice is only allowed with
    consent of all concerned.

Complaints or suggestions

  • Do you have a complaint or point of improvement? Feel free to report it to our team.
  • If you wish, you can use our official complaints procedure or the KNMT's
    complaints mechanism.

When you schedule an appointment, you agree to our house rules and conditions for a visit and appointment as a client at our practice.
